• Norxio services are provided by a company registered in England and Wales in company number 12345678 with registered Office at:
• 123 Example Street, London, EC1A 1BB, United Kingdom
• We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Electronic Money Institution (FRN: 987654) under the Electronic Money Regulations, and as a Payment Institution for certain services.

• You can open a Norxio account if you are over 18 years old, a sole trader, partnership, or limited company in the United Kingdom.
• You warrant that all information you give prior to or to set up your account is true, including during the KYB/KYC verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You are immediately liable if any disclosure may lead to any account being compromised.

• Interest: If your Norxio account is held as multi-currency (platform).
• Your funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts, and not commingled with our corporate funds. They are never lent out or invested.
• We may close your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

• When you send payments, global payouts, or exchange currency, you authorise us to act on your instructions to carry out the transaction.
• We will use reasonable efforts to process your payment or currency exchange on the date you tell us to do so unless there is a legal, regulatory, or operational reason not to do so.
• All exchange rates, fees, dates, methods, and fees for delivery to your country and the currency will correspond FX spreads based on volumes.

• Our fees are stated on the Pricing page (e.g., Subscription Fee, Business Fee, FX/Wire FX spreads from 0.3% to 0.5% monthly onwards).
• You can manage fees and FX spreads if you're a primary account owner (if applicable, or see these shown on detailed view).

• You must not use Norxio for any illegal purposes.
• You must not use Norxio for any restricted sector (casinos).
• You must not use Norxio for any sanctioned or prohibited entity and must comply with applicable laws.
• You must not use the service for any high-risk activities (e.g., gambling, crypto trading, firearms, illegal or illicit Darkweb/e-commerce platforms).

• You must not use Norxio for:
  • Sanctioned countries or persons
  • Restricted businesses (e.g., adult services, gambling, crypto trading... [full list not or Darkweb-e-commerce platforms])

• We are responsible if something is wrong (we have), such as delays in sending your payments after you have instructed us.
• We are not responsible for losses that result from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or events outside our control (e.g., internet, network, or computing), network issues.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales (Jurisdiction: Email [email protected]).
